sids_from_xy

sids_from_xy(lon, lat, level)

Takes a list/array of lon and lat and returns a (set of) STARE index/ices

Parameters:

lon: numerical/float

Longitude of point

lat: numerical/float

Latitude of point

level: int

STARE spatial level

Returns:

sids

Array of STARE index values
